Katie Tebiscon is an Anishnaabe Artist from Timiskaming First Nation, QC. Katie began drawing as a young child and carried that passion into her teenage years where she first discovered painting during an art exibition. Since then Katie has explored different career paths in Social Services and Administration within Indigenous organizations and communities. In the past couple of years Katie has become a mother to her young daughter and overcome breast cancer. 
  
She now chooses to live a life focused on her family, health and creation. Her happiest moments are when she is painting, even more so when she gets to share that love with her daughter.
